- Purchased new at retail store in early 2000s and has remained in the box until being put up for sale. Upon removing from the box several issues were found that don't take away from it's appearance if displayed. The 1st issue is that the tin came wrapped in a clear plastic bag. Over time, the plastic stuck to the top rim of the tin and when removed it left marks that can only be seen when up very close. No paint is missing. It looks like maybe some gloss was removed?? This issue would not show in photos. It's about the top ½" of the tin in a couple of spots. The 2nd issue appears to be a quality control issue with Vandor. The inside of the tin has what appears to be spots of glue, probably the glue that was used between the ceramic base and the bottom of the tin. The 3rd issue is there are several of what appear to be small rust spots inside the tin. The 4th issue is a very small chip on the bottom base below where it says "Vegas"
