- Letters are used and some have various issues such as needing cleaning, missing paint, discoloration, and a small number have what look like teeth marks. All letters are usable.
- Units require "AA" & "AAA" batteries which are not included
- All four units were tested. Three work properly. One of the Tad units works but has low volume.
